EvidenceBridge Handbook
Welcome to the EvidenceBridge platform documentation. This guide provides comprehensive instructions for brands, experts, and administrators to utilize the system effectively.
Authentication & Access Control
EvidenceBridge utilizes strict role-based access control (RBAC) enforced via Google OAuth 2.0. Access is limited explicitly to whitelisted domains to ensure organizational security.
Authorized Domains
Currently, access is restricted to: celnet.in, conwiz.in, and stmjournals.com.
Roles
- Admin: Complete system access, user management, and global tracker visibility.
- User (Brand/Expert): Scope determined by specific portal assignments and project permissions.
Creating Intakes (Brand Portal)
The intake process is the foundation of evidence commissioning. Brands submit unstructured requests along with supporting documentation, which EvidenceBridge parses into structured workflows.
- Navigate to the Intakes dashboard.
- Click New Intake.
- Upload supporting materials (PDFs, clinical trial docs).
- Submit for automated triaging and expert matching.
The Expert Passport
The Expert Passport is your public, cryptographically verifiable identity on the EvidenceBridge ledger. It aggregates your credentials, past verified reviews, and overall credibility score.
System Auditing (Admin)
All critical actions on the platform are logged immutably. Administrators can query these logs via the Tracker interface.
- Session lifecycles (login, logout, duration)
- Resource modifications (approvals, edits)
- Security events (failed logins from unauthorized domains)
